Forespar's Mini-Galley Hot-Spot is a new and improved version of the Mini-Galley 2000. The Hot-Spot is a compact and versatile, fully gimbaled marine stove that includes a low profile mounting bracket to allow for the entire stove to be easily detached and stowed when not in use. The Mini-Galley Hot-Spot allows cooking under adverse weather conditions in the cockpit or below and the burner can be turned off and on instantly with no preheating or priming necessary.
This compact stove is ideal for small cruisers and racers where space is limited. On larger yachts the Mini-Galley provides a quick, simple alternative for heavy-weather cooking, late night watches or quick hot drinks while underway.
The Mini-Galley Hot-Spot is designed to be powered with a disposable self-sealing propane cartridge (not included) to provide up to 8 hours of hot, clean heat. A simple valve on the heating basket allows for any flame intensity.
The complete hot spot mini-galley set includes the 2-way gimbaled stainless steel burner and basket (stove) with flame adjustment, multi-use aluminum coffee & cook pot, tank base with retractable feet, and the quick-mount marelon bracket.
