The Fulton Company
The Fulton Company started in 1911 as a sales organization and in 1913 they began manufacturing their own automotive parts and accessories.
Following their development of stamped steel winches for boat trailers in the early 1950's they transformed from being an automotive accessory manufacturer to that of a trailer accessory manufacturer. During WWII they developed the stamped steel trailer coupler as a response to a war-related shortage of malleable cast iron. As the trailer manufacturing industry further developed, Fulton's innovation of the stamped steel coupler created a unique market for them, Fulton became the exclusive supplier of couplers from the 1950's through the 1960's.
Today, Fulton is still regarded as a leader in the trailer accessory market and has continued to develop and produce innovative systems for the industry. They manufacture a complete line of jacks, brake controls and brake systems, couplers, winches, locks, and trailer accessories.
Fulton Jacks are widely regarded as the "Best in Class" for light to medium duty applications. Time-tested and application proven, Fulton's innovation satisfies the consumer's demand for both performance and style.
- F2 Jacks
The F2 Jack is a revolutionary new design in trailer jack engineering, designed for use with marine, recreational and utility trailers. Features include:
-Corrosion resistant to hold up in salt water and other harsh environments
-Sealed and lubricated one-piece gearbox
- Marine & Recreational Jacks
Time-tested and application-proven, these Fulton tongue jacks are designed for use with marine and utility trailers.
-Extensive choice of popular models
-Strong proprietary bushing materials
-Stable formed heavy-gauge steel construction
- Integrated Footplate Kit
The integrated footplate kit is designed to convert the wheeled jack to a dual-purpose wheeled and footplate jack. The increased surface area of footplate minimizes sinking on soft surfaces, and features a built-in, secure stowed position. Constructed of a stable formed 13 gauge steel, powdered metal bushings, and industry-leading high-performance zinc plating.
Fulton offers two styles of stabilizer jacks for quick load leveling and stabilizing. The square tube stabilizers are fabricated from high strength, structural steel tubing, and are yellow zinc-plated for excellent corrosion-resistance. Common application include cargo trailers, industrial implements, and equipment outriggers. The 77 Series stabilizer is often used in the RV market as a camper stabilizer and offers a ratchet style mechanism for raising/lowering, all-steel construction, and zinc-plating for corrosion protection.
Couplers, Winches, Locks, and Accessories
Fulton couplers feature innovative capabilities, such as the Fas-Lok quick-operating latching mechanism. Fulton winches cover a wide range of
gearing, capacity, and capability options. These winches are designed specifically for small-implement raising and lowering, pulling watercraft onto trailers, and other small to moderate load duty and are the industry standard. Fulton provides OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories, including wheel protection, locks, brackets, and other equipment designed to deliver specific solutions to a wide range of trailer and towing applications.
