This product is granulated,so it must be mixed with water and takes a while to dissolve completely. However the product works great and best of all it's odorless. No heavy chlorinated smell like most other mildew removers. It seems to be much safer too. Does not irritate your skin/hands. I have also used it on blue Sunbrella and it didn't affect the color at all. Two important notes, 1)it does need to be rinsed well, or it leaves a white residue and 2)once mixed it must be used within 10 hours. Yachtbrite (now owned by Shurhold Ind.) makes excellent high performing products and this is no exception.
