With the limited space available for navigating it would be difficult to purchase this unit because it does not allow for a radar to be hooked in. One would have to purchase a separate screen and utilize more space on a chart table. There are to many other companies who make radar compatible units. Granted they are more expansive but SH should be more competitive in this area.
