It wrapped around the exhaust pipe and the wire that came with it held every thing tightly. The exhaust pipe that I wrapped costs $180.00 dollars to replace and $75.00 dollars to install. This is an old car that we will be replacing in February. Our cost was less then $25.00 to repair the pipe.

This tape wraps easily around the hot pipes and manifold. The supplied wire wraps around the glass tape and holds it in place. The foil helps to reflect heat away from exposed areas. Cheap way to protect stuff from coming in contact with hot pipes.
