I'm an OTR owner-operator. Bought two gallons of this product, and about to finish it. Can't say for sure, since it was not a scientific experiment, but stuff seems to be working. Engine definitely running smoother, got a better response. Fuel mileage seems to get about 0.2-.25 mpg better. Once again, it's just a hunch, but it not hurt, and at a cost for about $0.03 for a gallon, i have a "premium" diesel. On a negative side, it has a terrible chemical smell, and not too good for transporting, i wish it has a more tight bottles. Can't recommend it for sure, but will use again.
