Bristol Sussex caulking cotton for traditional caulking of boats. For larger seams. Approximately 210 Feet per Pound. Single combined 1 grade. For varied planking, also keep some Oakum on hand for wide gaps, and Caulk Wicking for tight gaps. Typically, on boat seams, caulking is next covered by a marine paint. Once dry, the remaining space is filled with seam compound (one for above waterline, another for below) before applying final topcoat.
