I used Sikaflex 1A to fill and seal 1/8" gaps between mahogany deck planks. A respected local Chris Craft restorer recommended it based on years of successful experience. It works the same way as all single part Urethane caulks, so it's messy and requires careful masking and application. The good news it is apparently the same formula as the marine designated caulks but it costs [$] a cartridge instead of $20. It comes in black, dark mahogany and one or two other colors.

I used on concrete cracks in my garage and it worked well keeping ground water out.
Also used to gap on cement steps to wooden kick plate and worked better than any other previous products I have used.

I used this on a cabin to fill some cracks. It was easy to use and fills nice.Very durable. The snow pack at the cabin can be 240 inches.

You should be selling a ton of this stuff in very wet Seattle. Every seam and joint seems to be leaking due to unseasonal rain and runoff. My builder had to search to help me find the product. Not sure if anyone local carries it.
