This is the lowest tensile strength of the Sika line. I normally use 521 (260 psi)for most purposes, but when I need something more removable, I use the 721 (140 psi).Note that the 721 (at least when I bought it a year ago) came in a cardboard tube, unlike the 521's metal tube, and the nozzle was not unscrewable. So storage life is lower once open.Overall I like the Sika line more than the 3M, and they cost less too.
