I bought these stainless steel hex nuts because the ones i was using from my local hardware store were zinc and not rust proof. My original bracelet that I made from the zinc hex nuts was brought about by my motorcycle riding and wanting a bracelet that looked like the chain on my bike or at least resembling it. After finding out that the zinc will not wear well someone told me that there are stainless steel ones and I went looking for some online and found this site.
