These extremely strong closed-base cleats are designed to look great while fulfilling an obviously important role. Requires two Flathead screws (fasteners not included: Note, you can also use ovalhead). Available in Bronze or Chrome. Jamestown Distributors also offers other cleat styles and marine hardware. These cleats have also been used as drawer pulls for cabinets and kitchen attire. The Fastener sizes for the ABI cleats are 1/4in. fastener for the 3in. cleat, 5/16in. fastener for the 4in. cleat, and 7/16in. fastener for the 5in. cleat.

This cleat works very well on my hand-built 16' punt with sprit-sail rigging. I have two of them, mounted at the base of my mast, for the reef line and the jib halyard. Excellent cleat for small gauge line.
