ABI Bronze Deck Pipes include bail on the inside of each cap for attaching a shackle. When the cover is rotated, a foul weather seal is achieved. Safety chain secures the cap to the base, and slots provide for up to 1" diameter line and 3/8" chain. Deck Height: 2" Flange Diameter: 5-3/8" Cutout Diameter: 3-1/2"

This style of chain pipe is larger than most giving good clearance for chain and rode. One draw back- it has no way to make it water resistant. You need to add an o-ring or modeling clay or something to keep deck water from sloshing below.
