These T handles from Perko are made of chrome plated zinc with stainless steel stern. Available with flush lock or latch closure. They are easily installed in 2-1/2 inch diameter holes on smooth and carpeted surfaces, and all models have a 3 inch diameter face plate. Available in black or white housings.

the hatch locks are great and enable me to store fishing gear in the boat with the knowledge that they are safe and sound locked away and out of sight.
I wouldn't rely on the cutting template that comes with the product because many hatches are different in design.
