The WISE Seat Mount Quick Lock is constructed from cast aluminum with a stainless steel handle to lock seat mount in place on locking and non-locking pedestals. The handle is used to tighten or release seat mount, and to enable swivel action. 5-1/4" hole pattern. fits 2-7/8" OD pedestals.
