AFI platform kit with stainless steel two-step telescoping ladder and white polypropylene swim platform is designed for boats with outboard motors. UV resistant high-strength polypropylene swim platformt is sure be durable and long-lasting. Anti-skid ribs provide a secure grip on the textured surface of the platform. Some assembly is required but the platform is easy to assemble with pre-marked, pre-drilled holes. Storage is simple as well because the telescoping ladder folds easily on top of the platform.

I'm trying to answer a customers question but I find it hard to follow.
The top brace can be mounted on either the port or starboard side of the transom.

Easy to install, very sturdy i weigh 240 lbs no flexing. Great for entry into boat when on a trailer or water. Just have to make sure all nuts and bolts will be accessible before drilling.
