N.A.K. Surfboard Racks are low profile wall racks designed to securely store surfboards out of harms way. These racks are made of American Ash, an elegant hardwood that is extremely strong and durable. For quality assurance, each rack is constructed by hand from start to finish. A distinct cresting wave shape is used to provide these racks with character and distinguish them from conventional metal racks. N.A.K. lines the racks with 1/4 inch thick eco-friendly natural cork as opposed to competitors who use synthetic materials like foam or rubber. The cork provides excellent cushion for rails and coincides with the ash, making it much more visually appealing. Racks are available in solo(single) and tandem(double) models, and include stainless steel mounting hardware that can hold up to 50lbs (combined board weight). When mounted correctly, the rack only protrudes 8-1/2 inches from the wall and provides versatility for mounting in tight areas, such as hallways and small rooms. Both racks have hand rubbed wax finishes, ensuring years of reliable use.
