Not for Bottom Paint

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Redtree Solvent Resistant Foam Brushes:

Bottom paint solvents quickly attack flimsy plastic rod connecting brush to the wooden handle which breaks. Non-solvent brushes from JEN last longer.

Comments about Redtree Solvent Resistant Foam Brushes:

We have a lot of brightwork on our cutter, and we need to refresh it about every 3 months in the tropics. We buy these brushes by the box and are quite happy with them for varnish work.

Poor Quality - 4" is useless!
By Old Drifter from Moneta, VA on 3/6/2008
Cons:
Flimsy
Best Uses:
kindling wood
Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Comments about Redtree Solvent Resistant Foam Brushes:

Very poor quality. Handle snaps off with light pressure. Took 6 brushes on job and finally finished by using brush without the handle! Smaller size are better, but the foam also tends to break down quickly with use.
