Blue Water Marine Copper Shield 45 is a multi-season ablative bottom paint with 45% cuprous oxide content, providing protection for moderate fouling conditions. The paint's copolymer base renders a smooth finish with durability and abrasion resistance. Copper Shield 45 provides anti-fouling protection against barnacles, algae and hydroids in salt and fresh water on boat bottoms only. Copper Shield 45 has universal application over all types of properly prepared bottom paints (except aluminum). May be applied directly over properly prepared ablatives, epoxies, and vinyls, and most any other hard or ablative bottom paints. Perfect for powerboats and sailboats, use on fast fiberglass boats, as well as wood and steel hulls. Available in gallons or quarts. Choose from Royal Blue, Marine Black, Admiral Green, Regatta Red, or Bright Blue.
