This is the product they advertise - but what you get is the new interlux product that is replacing Fiberglass Bottomkote ACT which is what I ordered. The 'new' product has about 1/2 of the copper as the old and 30% more 'inert' ingredients. I have yet to apply it to my Newport 30 but will write a review when I use it.

This bottom paint was easy to roll on my sailboat bottom and also easy to brush in between my rudder and the hull. The color looks great and there are no overlaps. A great replacement for Bottomkote Classic.

Drys very fast in warm weather so work fast or recruit some help. 3/8" nap roller worked for me and cleans up with mineral spirits.

Comments about Interlux Interlux Fiberglass Bottomkote ACT with Irgarol:
Still the standard for bottom paint. If you run 100 to 200 hours a year it will leave a protective coat just thin enough for the next year's application without much sanding. High CU content avoids slime buildup.
Comments about Interlux Interlux Fiberglass Bottomkote ACT with Irgarol:
I give my boat 2 coats every spring before launch. No scraping at haul out, as the pressure from a garden hose cleans up the bottom nicely. The paint applies evenly over the previous years paint with a light sanding and solvent wipe. I don't like the fact that the paint has almost doubled in price in four years!
