Vivid Free is a bright antifouling bottom paint that is TBT and copper free, yet resistant to slime, algae, barnacles and other marine foulants.
This environmentally friendly paint's formula leaves out the copper ingredient Cuprous Thiocyanate, and substitutes PTFE for slickness making it even safer for use on all aluminum than the original Vivid paint.
Vivid Free uses unique controlled erosion with the latest biocide technology to minimize coating build-up and keep underwater surfaces smooth and clean. Because of its formulation, Vivid Free can safely be used on all aluminum hulls, outdrives and outboard motors in fresh, salt, and brackish water. It may be hauled and relaunched without recoating.

This is an excellent anti-fouling paint to apply. I will be observing how well it holds up underwater in the coming years. It is very attractive and was easy to spray with my inexpensive HVLP gun.
