Measures like they tell you. Strong tank with plenty of fittings to make it work. Replaced a very old potobale water tank on a sail boat. fit's well on the V berth area.

The dimensions were an exact replacement for my existing holding tank. However, the Todd unit is much stronger than the previous plastic holding tank. The installation was tight, but much less difficult than removing the old tank because the Todd tank openings are flush. I had to cut off the old fittings to get the old tank out.

I like the Todd tanks for upgrading old boat water systems. Original fiberglass tanks are very difficult to clean and make ok for drinking water. The Todd tanks do not make stored water taste funny. Easy to work with these tanks.
