I used this to replace all the plastic thru hull fittings on my Grady White boat because the were cracked and leaking. These look better and definitely work better!

The description is incorrect for the SS thru hull fitting. It's not designed to accept a seacock or valve directly. Not enough threaded shank. It's designed to attach the hose directly. It appears Groco does not offer a full threaded SS hull fitting, just brass. Its still a good fitting. Lucky I was able to use it on another project instead on returning it.
