This harness dons/doffs easy. I've used it for technical diving, dive rescue work, and offshore sail deliveries punching through the Gulf Stream. My only gripe, it's sizing is a bit large when you are wearing less. Adjusts with a simple slide stop. I appreciate the chest clip, but don't rely on that to carry weight, make sure you hook into both D-rings. Also makes a great attachment point for lightweight knife, strobe, etc. Just use some plastic wire ties. Overall, it's marginally less to buy this harness and an inflatable PFD than a high end inflatable PFD that incorporates harness.
