The circular tread of Vetus Non-Slip Deck Covering means sure footing on deck even in the wettest conditions! These rubberized mats come in sheets of 3x4 or 3x8 feet. Vetus uses a blend of rubber, cork and plastic with a circular dot tread pattern. Non slip material is easy to cut and customize to fit any area. It is highly resistant to sunlight, seawater and oil. When used with the appropriate contact adhesive, it will bond to all types of decks: steel, fiberglass, wood, aluminum and concrete.

This stuff does exactly what it promises - good footing on the foredeck. One word of caution, the Vetus Boatfix contact adhesive is permanent stuff with little margin for error. For the first time applier, epoxy is a much more forgiving method to adhere to the deck. Allows time to slide the piece into position before setting. I recommend West System or MAS epoxy for this job, unless you're practiced and need the job done quick.
