I built my 40ft. heavy displacement yacht "Boris-B" 30 years ago and specified 18mm. thickness of this plywood to construct the deck and bulkheads. The wood was twice as heavy as the (much cheaper Malayan) marine plywood the builder previously had used. Only now, after 20 years in sub-tropical heat, do parts of the deck need replacement, after water penetration due to inferior caulking!
