Comments about Garmin GPS72 Floating Handheld GPS:

I use it when I deliver sailboats from one part of California to the other. Many times it is the only GPS system onboard and I have found it extremely reliable and easy-to-use. It not only gives me my location but my speed and drift. And many a time in this helped me from beaching my vessels at Anchorage with its drift alarm. If you cannot afford one of the big fancy GPS, I would highly recommend this is one.
