2012-05-23RICHARD MURRAY: I installed 2 muffers on a 1971 Century Coronado (true inboard with a Chrysler 440 marine engine). The classic, low rumbling tone of the exhuast was not changed (thank goodness), but the decible level, especially at power, has been noticeably reduced. I'm happy.
2012-06-29CORNELIUS SANDERS: In my case the difference was very slight. I think the length (+/- 7') of hose after the Verus waterlock/muffler had already served very well as an additional "muffler".
