The Dynafile II will accept 18 inch long abrasive belts, 20-1/2 inch long abrasive belts, and 18 inch long non-woven nylon abrasive belts depending upon model. Grind, deburr, blend and polish, on metal, plastic, fiberglass, composites, rubber, glass and more. Grind from contact wheel or platen pad; finish and polish using slack of belt.
Lightweight, ergonomic 7 degree offset design. Grinding head pivots 360 degrees for securing in most efficient position.
Belt guard easily detaches for quick abrasive change; simple belt tracking adjustment knob.
Model 40320
For 18" Long Belts includes 11206 Contact Arm for 3/4" wide x 18" long belts
Model 40326
For 20-1/2" Long Belts includes 11287 Contact Arm for 5/8" or 3/4" wide abrasive belts. (11287 is only arm that accepts 20-1/2" long belts.)
Model 40335
For 18" Long Belts is designed exclusively for use with non-woven nylon belts.
Excellent for setting grain lines, achieving consistent satin finishes on metals, removing oxide and weld discoloration.
Includes 11203 Contact Arm for 1/2" wide x 18" long medium non-woven nylon belt (90292).

Arrows located on Dynafile belt cover indicate abrasive belt direction. Grinding from the RETURN SIDE of the belt will greatly enhance tool performance and increase belt life.
