Vetus Stern Thruster Kits adapt bow thrusters for stern use. Strongly engineered fiberglass T-shaped tubes with a sturdy flange mount aft of the transom, keeping the propeller in the water while the electric motor and other electrical components mount safely inside the boat.
Thrusters increase lateral mobility, allowing a boat to correct with sideways pulses of thrust during docking or mooring procedures. Please note that these conversion kits do not include bow thrusters, which must be purchased separately.
