Heavy duty AFI MRV 2 speed wiper motors are designed to be interior mounted or in locations that are well protected from the elements. MRV white motor cover 33025 is available to protect motors, but it does not make the motor truly waterproof.
MRV wiper motors are available in 80 and 110 degree sweep to suit different windshield sizes, and in 3 shaft diameters (1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 inch). Their design lets you adjust wipers for self parking or coast to park on either side of your boat's windshield.

Questions & Answers about AFI 12 Volt MRV 2 Speed Wiper Motors:
2012-04-01A shopper asked: I recently purchase a pair of AFI 34011 wiper motors. I was wndering how to adjust the sweep angle of the motors? Rod

2012-04-02BOBBY DRIVER: Rod,
I recently purchased a AFT 34011 wiper motor for my 1934 plymouth and had to shorten the shaft by 3/4" so removing the shaft meant removing the back plate to remove the shaft assembly. There is an adjustment that you can adjust to the degree of sweep that you want, once you remove the back plate you will see what i am talking about.

2012-04-03LEE WILLIAMS: I didn't have to adjust the sweep angle. However, there instruction were easy to figure out.
2011-11-11JIM FOSTER asked: What control switch do you recommend for this motor?
+Expand Answers
2011-11-12LEE WILLIAMS: I just used the existing switch. The motor is only being used as a single speed motor.
2011-11-12Jim Foster: Thanks Lee but this is a new installation and if I try to wire a three way switch it only works as a one speed motor.
Any suggestions?
