Raymarine's RayMic second station microphone adds full function remote control capabilities to Raymarine Ray55 and Ray218 VHF radios. The RayMic features a large backlit LCD status display and controls including a quick access 16 key, volume, squelch and favorite channel soft keys.
A DSC enabled distress key transmits the vessel's GPS position along with a digital mayday call. The RayMic may also be used as an intercom between stations. Fully submersible to IPX7 standards.
Extension cables are available (5M & 10M) and sold separately.

We have the full feature radio (Ray219) in the pilot house and a Ray 55 on the flybridge. This product gave the ability to use hailer, fog horns etc from the fly bridge location and also gave the ability to operate two radios from the same location. Great as a back up in an emergency situation.
