Raymarine's Ray55 DSC VHF Marine Radio is a Class D DSC (Digital Selective Calling) marine transceiver. It features DSC Distress technology that transmits GPS position and a digital mayday call to other boaters within range.
The Ray55 VHF Radio kit includes radio, microphone, sun cover, yoke mounting bracket, power/speaker/data cable, mounting hardware and instructions. An optional in-dash flush mounting kit is available separately.
The Raymarine RayMic (A46051) adds full function remote control of the Raymarine Ray55 and Ray218 VHF radios. The RayMic features a large backlit LCD status display and controls including a quick access 16 key, volume, squelch and favorite channel soft keys. The RayMic is sold separately.
