The Thetford 260P Marine Head is a self-contained, fresh water, Porta Pottie that comes in standard portable toilet version or MSD that may be installed as a Marine Sanitation Device with pumpout capability. Each Theford 260P toilet features dependable positive locking lid latch, level gauge indicator, built-in storage compartment for Marine Head deodorant, holding tank cap for conversion to portable use, and hold-down brackets for secure installation.
Pumpout hooks up easily for quick, clean, dockside discharge. Thru-hull fitting and in-line pump for overboard discharge in unrestricted waters. Hook up to remote holding tank and converts easily to portable head.
The 260P has capacity for 27 uses with 2.6 gallon fresh water and 2.6 gallon waste holding tanks.The unit measures 17-1/2 inch long, 13-1/2 inch wide, and 12 inch high. Removable seat and cover.

I purchased this to replace a leaking old head for my 24' sailboat. It was easy to install with the hold downs. It is very compact, the flushing pump cleans the bowl well. Overall quality is excellent and well designed. The seat rim is a little narrow, but its not for lounging. If it was wider, it would impinge on the business area of the bowl. The MSD outlet does a vent that needs its exhaust port or a clamp to close the hose while not pumping out. I would buy it again.
