The Forespar Marelon Water Strainer is made of marine grade materials and features an integral mounting bracket with a clear polycarbonate lid for ready inspection. The stainless steel strainer basket can be easily removed for cleaning. Intake and exit ports are 1-1/2" ANP threads standard. Flow rate is 40 GPM at 1-1/2" ports.

very poorly constructed and very flimsy. I tried to crank motor with garden hose on intake and the lid would not stay on it with less than 15 pounds of water pressure. Even tried to clamp but bowl would give enough to let the o-ring blow out. I will have to replace this with something else before I can even crank the boat the first time.
