I bought the ABI-151212 2 inch eye strap to be used as a bow eye for my small wooden dinghy. Accompanied with the BRZ30114 1-1/2" Bronze Ring, it is exactly what I was looking for, both aesthetically and functionally.

These bronze units are good looking and sturdy enuff for most needs. I have several mounted inside and outside my boat. They are very handy. I like to use bronze snaps with these as well.
