2012-01-11JEFF VAN'T SLOT: Hey.. I can't say for sure since I installed it on my boat back in 2009, and the boat has been covered and stored for the winter. I'm assuming you're asking because perhaps you have a tight place you want to see if it will fit inside. In that case, my answer probably won't be much help, but overall it's about 4-1/2 inches square, and stands out off the panel about 2-1/2 to 3 inches.
I haven't had any trouble with the switch. I've got a 14.5' Princecraft aluminum fishing boat with a 30hp Johnson engine.
