Fein 6 inch Random Orbital Sander is a heavy-duty commercial grade random orbital sander with direct dust extraction. These sanders can be a big help in reducing the airborne dust and in reducing production time. These are top of the line commercial sanders. This 6" sander gives you power and maneuverability without the weight of the 8". Includes Hook & Loop pad.

The 6 inch sander takes a 6" x 8 hole sanding disc. Often times, a Fein Sander owner makes the upgrade to get a Fein Vacuum, either the Mini, Turbo II, Turbo III or Turbo IV, which can combine with his/her sander to make a great Dust-Free work zone. The 6 inch is great in the field or in the workshop, and is used often in boatyards.

A "true" Random Orbit Sander
The sanding pad is not connected directly to the motor. The orbiting motion is achieved through a series of ball bearings mounted on a weighted eccentric shaft. Motor vibrations are completely eliminated.

Dust Extraction up to 98%
The majority of dust is extracted through holes in the pad. Additional ports located on the outside of the pad collect any remaining dust. Our pads are weighted and balanced to work specifically with our eccentric design.

Our sander can be used on wood, paint, filler, fiberglass, plastics, synthetic materials, and metals. Dust-Free sanding is faster and creates a better finish. The sandpaper rides directly on the work surface. The pad stays cool and sandpaper lasts longer.

Adaptability
The FEIN Random Orbit Sander can accommodate right or left handed operators. The handle can be placed on either side. The power switch is located where it can be used by either hand.
