2012-08-17GORDON HARRIS: I found the quality to be quite good, easy to install, plenty durable and easily adjustable. I only had the boat trailer for about 2 years after mounting them, but had no negative issues with them.
2012-08-17GEORGE WESLEDER: Get the long one. If your boat is as heavy as mine and 21 ft. Texasmade with a 60 HP. Mercury at 250 Lbs. plus stern weight.

2012-03-21GORDON HARRIS: From what I know 2' to 4' - I installed the 2' length boards on my trailer, just behind the fender to guide the bow on when loading and to center the stern when pulling out of the water and they accomplished what I needed for my 18' boat.

Guides are good, except the brackets are too thin and very weak. They bend when tightened and don't hold well at all. I made my own replacement brackets.
