I was admiring the swirlmark-free shine on my buddy's boat last Spring and asked who detailed it for him. He said he did it himself using these pads and 3M glaze from JD. They work great once you learn how much pressure to apply. You can't stay in one spot for long or else you can burn through whatever you're buffing. If you have general knowledge of how to run a buffer you'll get a swirl-free shine with minimal effort. These pads will make any amateur look like a pro.
