Highly polished Bronze handle fits flush into hatch or door. The handle lifts and rotates on stainless steel roll pin. O-ring seal in mechanism assures leak-free operation. Height of the Locking arm can be adjusted with a set screw. Use #8 fasteners.

This handle from ABI is one of the better choices for securing floor boards and hatches. Some woodworking skills are needed to install correctly. It does look very classy and latches very well.
