The dual-mode Rotex RO 150 FEQ sander gives you the choice of two sanding motions - random orbital for fine sanding, and Rotex rotary/random orbital motion for fast material removal in rough sanding or for polishing. You can switch between modes in seconds by simply hitting a switch. You no longer need to change to another tool. This saves you time and the cost of a second sander.

The six inch Festool polishing and sanding pads now feature the next generation Multi-Jetstream design that incorporates a modified (17) hole pattern that increases airflow, and results in even better dust extraction efficiency.

In addition, the new pads incorporate an enhanced, heat-resistant StickFix design, extending both pad and abrasive life considerably.

The new Multi-Jetstream design is 100% compatible with the previous pad design, and vice-versa. The new abrasives work seamlessly with the old pads, and the old abrasives are adaptable to the new pads.

Item FES-495188 is a new Accessory Handle designed exclusively for the RO 150 Rotex. The accessory handle attaches to the front end of the RO 150 FEQ without tools. The accessory handle improves ergonomics for applications such as polishing and continuous sanding.
