Forespar Marelon 90 Degree Elbow fittings are made of high strength glass-reinforced Marelon. These fittings are threaded with NPS (straight or parallel) male and Female pipe thread, and are for use with Forespar Marelon Seacocks, Ball Valves or with any product compatible with straight female or male pipe thread.

Marelon hose connectors feature NPS (straight) thread. They are designed to to fit Marelon seacocks and ball valves. The use of products with NPS (straight) pipe thread is recommended only for low pressure applications, and then only with a generous application of pipe sealant or PTFE thread tape.
All critical hose connections should be double clamped at both ends. Ideally, the hose clamp screws should be mounted opposite one another for maximum security. Use the highest quality AWAB hose clamps for longest life and best performance.
