The EM305 is the largest Echomax radar reflector, and is ideal for large yachts, work and commercial fishing boats. The 305 PE is so reliable it was chosen by the US Navy Submarine Pacific Division to be used for enhanced visibility upon surfacing for their fleet of nuclear submarines.
Sometimes radars are unable to pick up other boats due to adverse weather conditions or improper tuning. These radar reflectors are designed to amplify your boat's footprint on other radars by 2 or 3 times, helping prevent collisions or close calls.
The newly redesigned 305 PE provides a peak performance of 62.9m2 at an average of +1-3 degrees at 10 sq. meters which is 21.6 percent more effective than the fiberglass model. Radar reflector is enclosed in a durable polyethylene housing, and is also suitable for free suspension unlike the original Echomax 305.
