The Ritchie Helmsman compass is designed for both sail and power boats. Deck mounted 3 3/4 inch Helmsman is available with flat PowerDamp Dial or a raised CombiDamp Dial. Both compasses feature oversized numerals and Ritchie's exclusive green Nite Vu illumination that allows for clear and concise viewing.
An internal gimbal system provides maximum stability during extreme pitch and roll conditions. A scientifically matched sapphire jewel and hardened steel pivot dial allows for smooth movement and accurate readings. Compass has 45 degree lubber lines and built-in compensators to easily adjust for deviation.
