MAS Bio-Solv Acetone Replacement is an environmentally friendly solvent that can be used in place of Acetone or Xylene to effectively clean or prepare surfaces to be painted or epoxied. Bio-Solv is safe to use, non-carcinogenic and has no environmentally hazardous ingredients or global warming compounds.
MAS Epoxies has created a 100 percent bio-degradable, corn-based blended solvent. In tests, Bio-Solv out-performs Acetone Toluene and Xylene. Bio-Solv leaves no film residue when dried, won't evaporate and is reusable.
- Clean and prepare surfaces to be painted or epoxied
- Remove cured paints, varnishes and uncured resins, and polyurethanes (MAS Epoxy, Gluzilla, Flexbond 5000)
- Flush polyester, vinylester, epoxy, paint guns, lines and tools
- Use in place of Acetone, Toluene or Xylene
- No film reisdue when dried
- Non evaporating and recyclable
- Not listed on ODC, HAP or SARA reportable lists
