The Scanstrut self leveling backstay mount keeps your boat's radar level with the horizon at all times for optimum antenna performance. As the boat pitches and rolls, the radar is kept horizontal preventing target loss and giving the best possible radar picture.
Using Scanstrut's fine-tuned hydraulic damping system, the mount reacts to major changes in boat heel angle while eliminating small oscillations.
Stainless radome cradle with fine tune adjustment for backstay angle. An included nylon bushing clamps around the backstay, allowing cable tension to be adjusted. Can be used with both Raymarine and Garmin radomes.
