DAP Dynaflex 230 is an elastomeric latex sealant commmonly used on windows, doors, moldings, and other applications where a weatherproof seal is required.
Dynaflex 230 can be used inside or out, and cleans up easily with water. Once cured, the caulk is mildew resistant. Having the superior flexibility and durability of silicone it makes for great adhesion and a watertight, weatherproof seal.
This latex sealant also has easy tooling with great paintability and a low odor of a latex. It has a low VOC content, improves energy efficiency, and comes with a 50 year durability guarantee. Federal Specification TT-S-00230C, Type II, Class A and ASTM Specification C 920, Class 25 are also met.

2011-07-15Jack Mann: This product does not have adhesive properties, If possible check the bolts in the base and tighten. If you need an adhestive caulking compound consider Sikaflex.
