The Ouassou is an 8 ft 6 inch kayak ideal for recreational river paddling in rivers, coastal exploration, and surfing waves.
Designed with excellent glide, control and maneuverability for fun, the versatile Ouassou has a wide range of uses. Stern handles let you hang on and swim, and allow easy access on board. The spatula shaped hull is derived from surf longboards and rodeo kayaks, allowing it to handle waves and surf comfortably, quick and responsive.
The slight keel and lateral rail design provide directional stability and excellent tracking. The optional knee-strap allows you to secure your body to the cockpit when you are looking for greater control in waves or whitewater. Its compact form and light weight make this kayak easy to maneuver, transport and store.
