The CT 36 has nearly 18% greater capacity over the previous model, which means fewer bag changes, less downtime, and money saved on premature bag replacement. New self-cleaning filter bags maximize capacity by preventing dust caking buildup, and the included Festool Hose Garage keeps protects hose and cord during transport.

Comments about Festool Cleantex Vacuum CT 36 HEPA Dust Extractor:
The Festool vacuum is better thought out and quieter than my Fein, and more powerful. The low noise level, variable suction, integrated hose dock, stable platform with large wheels (so it can't tip over), and the ability to fasten systainers to it are great features. Festool really should substitute a larger diameter hose, i.e. like the 36 mm instead of the 27 mm, as the Kapex 1200 needs a 36 mm hose for optimum dust collection. The whole system is designed for professionals to be able to easily bring their tools into the job site and keep the site clean. A very smart integrated tool system.
