Columbus McKinnon Grade 43 Long Link Chain has long been the standard for high strength tie downs. Made of special analysis steel producing a high tensile strength, designed for use in load binding, logging and other applications requiring higher strength to weight ratios than standard Grade 30 chain. It is NOT to be used for overhead lifting.

Long link chain allows enough space between links to fit shackles anywhere. They are also lighter per linear foot than comparable tight-linked chain. Note, for boats raising anchor with a windlass, choose BBB style links- long links will not fit in standard windlasses.
